We use a UPS courier service to dispatch our goods within 2 working days from receiving an order, where possible we offer same day dispatch service. Any orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (except bank holidays).
UPS require a signature on receipt otherwise the delivery driver will leave a card to arrange re-delivery and they now provide a delivery window when using their tracking service.
Please note customers are responsible for payment of any local customs charges/duties in the delivery country as these are out with our control.
Although we will do our best to deliver your order within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.
We want you to love your new Lovat Mill purchase, but If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied you can return it to us within 14 days. All we ask is that it is unused and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing tags, etc attached.
To return your order you must notify us in writing at admin@lovatmill.com within 14 days of receipt stating your name, address, order number and reason for the return. After receiving our confirmation you can return the goods to us.
Lovat Mil reserves the right to refuse returns out with this time period.
Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and retain this until the refund has been processed.
Lovat Mill are not responsible for any lost returns or liable for any duties or custom charges incurred in returning products to us.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us, providing they are found to be in a saleable condition.
Postage on returns, refunds and exchanges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.

A contract between you and Lovat Mill for the purchase of goods exists when we confirm your order via email. Your acceptance of this contract is deemed to take place when a confirmation email is sent.
